Week 3 – Warm Berry Banana Skillet

This warm berry banana skillet uses fresh bananas and berries from Sobrino Farms. Sweet, soft, and comforting, it’s perfect for breakfast, dessert, or spooned over toast or oatmeal.

Ingredients (serves 2–4):

• 2 bananas, sliced

• 1 cup strawberries or blueberries

• 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil

• 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Optional: cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Melt butter or heat oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.

2. Add bananas and berries.

3. Cook gently until fruit softens and juices release.

4. Stir in honey or maple syrup.

5. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired and serve warm.
