  • Our produce comes from a mix of trusted local and regional growers. Not everything is "certified organic", but we prioritize farms that use responsible growing practices.

    What we pack is either greenhouse-grown, seasonal, or sourced from farms that focus on quality and sustainability over chemical use.

    We DO NOT use APEEL or source from farms or products that do.

  • Memberships are full-season commitments paid upfront and include added perks like locked-in pricing, priority on add-ons, and occasional seasonal bonuses.

    Weekly produce boxes are billed every 4 weeks and offer more flexibility.

    Everyone receives the same weekly boxes — the difference is simply how you choose to pay.

  • Boxes are pre-packed each week.

    When available, you may do one optional swap per box from a small swap table (usually staple items like extra potatoes, onions, or apples).

    Premium items and seasonal fruit are not part of swaps. For example, you cannot swap radishes for a box of strawberries.

  • Our program runs on a simple 4-week rotating cycle (Weeks 1–4).

    If a month happens to have an extra weekend, the rotation just rolls back to Week 1 — there’s no extra charge or disruption to your subscription.

    Weekly produce continues as normal — the cycle simply repeats.

  • 🌱 Vacation & Pause Policy

    We understand families travel or occasionally need to skip a week.

    Here’s how we handle it:

    CSA memberships are full-season commitments and do not include weekly pause options. If you’re unable to pick up your box, you’re welcome to have a friend or family member grab it for you.

    Weekly Produce Box members may request up to 2 skip weeks per season with at least 7 days notice.

    Skipped weeks are converted into account credit that can be used toward future pickups or add-ons.

    Additional skip requests beyond this are not guaranteed.

    Thank you for understanding — these guidelines help us keep weekly packing and sourcing running smoothly.

  • Produce varies based on season and availability. While we follow a 4-week rotation with 3 3seasonal changes, specific items may occasionally change due to weather, quality, or supply. Overall box value and variety will always remain consistent.

  • If you miss your pickup window, your box is forfeited for that week if it cannot be picked up by Sunday.

    We are unable to hold or remake boxes after the pickup window closes, so please plan accordingly or have someone pick up for you if needed.

  • Unclaimed boxes are donated or redistributed after pickup windows close.

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

    CSA memberships are seasonal commitments and cannot be canceled mid-season.

    Monthly Produce Subscriptions may be canceled at any time with 30 days notice.

    This policy helps us plan weekly sourcing and packing accurately for all members.
